Terms of Use

The terms this site runs on: what it publishes, what happens to a brief, and what happens to the data you leave here.

What this document is

This document sets out the terms on which releazo.com (the site) operates and on which any visitor uses it.

The site belongs to Releazo, the product development studio it describes. To get in touch, use the contacts in the last section.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The version in force is published on this page, and the date of the last revision is shown at the top.

02

The site is informational

The site describes the studio and its work: areas of development, project examples, the team, and ways to get in touch. There is no account area, the site takes no payments, and no service is delivered through it.

Everything published here is for information and is not a public offer: publishing it does not oblige Releazo to enter into a contract on the terms shown. The budget ranges in the brief form are a way to start the conversation at one scale of work, not a price.

Releazo tries to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the site is continuously available or free of errors and typos.

03

A brief commits nobody

The brief form is a way to ask for a consultation. Sending a brief does not conclude a contract and creates no obligation for you or for Releazo.

Obligations arise only from a separately concluded contract. Until it is signed, any dates, estimates and proposals named in the correspondence remain provisional.

The response time stated on the site is a guideline, not a contractual commitment. A message may go unanswered: if the work is outside what the studio does, for example.

Material on the site

The text, design, illustrations, diagrams and source code of the site were made by Releazo in-house, and the rights to them belong to Releazo. The typeface, the icons and the software libraries the site runs on are used under their own licences.

Copying material from the site to publish elsewhere without the written permission of Releazo is not allowed. Quoting with attribution and a link to the source page is.

Technology names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are named to identify the tools of the work. They imply no partnership, certification or endorsement by those owners.

Personal data

Releazo receives personal data in one way only — from the brief form you fill in yourself. Nothing is collected behind your back: anything the site does not need in order to work runs only with your consent — that means the chat and analytics counters, where those are switched on. There are two: Yandex.Metrica and Google Tag Manager. Beyond a summary of visits, Metrica records the session: pointer movement, scrolling and typing into fields — the brief form included. Google Tag Manager collects nothing by itself: it runs the tags Releazo adds in its console, and what those tags are changes over time. The site carries no advertising pixels. The site itself keeps two technical records on your device: the interface language you chose and your decision about the optional cookies. The first travels to the server with every request so that the page opens in the right language, the second stays in your browser; neither says anything about who you are. The one third-party service on these pages is the chat, covered in the next section. The form sends:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • company, Telegram or phone — if you gave them;
  • area of work, product stage, type of task and planned budget — the answers to the form questions;
  • the message, if you wrote one.

The data is processed for one purpose — to answer your message and discuss possible work. It is not used for mailings or anything else, and it is not passed to third parties other than the services named here.

The basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. The wording you consented to is stored together with the brief: text on a site changes over time, and without it there is no way to show what was agreed to. Releazo does what this section describes — it processes only what you send, only in order to answer you, and it corrects or deletes your data at your request.

The brief is delivered as a Telegram message through the Telegram Bot API: its contents pass through Telegram servers and stay in Releazo’s correspondence. A brief is kept while the exchange about it is going on, and for a year after the last message; the message carrying it is then deleted from the bot’s correspondence.

Consent can be withdrawn, and you can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted. Write to the address in the last section.

The chat on the site

The chat on these pages is a Tawk.to widget — the only third-party script here. It loads from the vendor’s servers and sets its own cookies on this domain: they are how the chat recognises a returning visitor and continues an earlier conversation. That is why it does not start by itself: on a first visit the site asks for consent to the optional cookies, and until the chat is allowed, the vendor’s script is never requested.

Anything you type into the chat goes not only to Releazo but to the widget operator, Tawk.to. The conversation travels through their servers, and details of the visit go with it: the page address, the browser, the IP address. The operator acts under its own terms and privacy policy, published on its own site; the privacy policy is at https://www.tawk.to/privacy-policy/.

So do not type into the chat anything you would not hand to a third-party service: passwords, payment details, other people’s personal data.

You refuse on the site itself rather than in your browser settings: in the strip shown on a first visit, or through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer — it brings the question back, and the answer can be changed either way. While consent is absent, the vendor’s script is not loaded and its cookies never appear; the site keeps working, and a chat turned on later may not remember an earlier conversation. Your answer is kept in your browser’s storage so that the question is not asked on every visit; it does not reach Releazo.

The site links to third-party resources — email, messengers, external pages. Releazo is not responsible for their content or for how they handle data.

Changes to these terms

Releazo may change these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date of the last revision is shown at the top.

No separate notice of changes is sent — this page is where to check. By continuing to use the site after a new version is published, you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms make no choice of law: what applies in your case is the law and the procedure that the law itself lays down. A dispute that correspondence can settle is best started with a message to the contacts in the last section.

If one provision of these terms turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
