Process

What happens, and when

The work is split into stages, and each one has a named result. You see it yourself rather than reading about it in a report.

  1. Days 1–3

    Conversation review

We read real conversations: what people write in about, in which channel, at what hour. They split into what the bot closes on its own — order status, opening hours, a document on request — and what it must hand over at once: a complaint, money, a refusal.

You get — Requests split between bot and operator

  2. Days 4–7

    Script and its edges

We write the script and its edges: how the bot opens, what it does with a message it cannot parse, after which attempt it stops asking again. The channel dictates form — message length, buttons and WhatsApp’s 24-hour window are set by the platform, not by us.

You get — A script with its edge behaviour defined

  3. Week 2

    Build and testing

We build the bot and test it on real traffic: voice notes, one-word replies, three messages in a row, a question dropped into an old thread. Handover gets its own tests — the operator must receive the whole conversation, not just the last line.

You get — A bot tested on real conversations

  4. Before the channel goes live

    Channel connection

The channel goes on: bot token or business number, greeting, the hours an operator is actually there, and a straight answer for when nobody is. A counter goes in too: how many conversations the bot closed, how many it handed over, how many people abandoned halfway.

You get — A live channel with a conversation counter

  5. After launch

    Edits from live threads

For the first month the script changes almost weekly: live conversation is always wider than the export it was written from. We read the threads that ended in a handover or in silence — those are the ones that show what the script is missing.

You get — A script revised from live conversations

What the work covers

  • The script and its edges

the greeting, a branch for each frequent request, what happens when it cannot parse a message, and the point where it stops asking again

  • Channels connected

Telegram, WhatsApp and an on-site widget from one script, allowing for message length, buttons and each platform’s rules on the first message a bot sends

  • Prices from your system

the bot answers with what it pulled from your API and shows the source beside it, while the phone number and the order id are filled in on your side rather than sent to the model

  • Handover to an operator

at once on money, complaints and refusals, on a second failed attempt to understand, and on a plain request — with the history and with whatever the bot has already promised

  • Tested on real threads

the script is run against your own export rather than invented dialogue, and someone on your side reads the disputed answers before the channel goes live

  • A count of conversations

the share the bot closed, the share it handed over, and the points where people drop out — the script is edited from those numbers, not from impressions

What we need from you

  • An export of your conversations over the last few months — it shows what people actually write in about
  • A Telegram bot token or a WhatsApp business account in your name — without one the channel cannot go live
  • An operator on duty and honest hours for when they are there — a bot handing conversations into an empty room is worse than one that never hands over
